Kickstart your journey with our 6 week ENTER THE GYM program. With 12 training sessions, 3 masterclasses, food & fitnessplan this program ensures you never walk aimlessly through a gym again. It's the perfect foundation to take in to all your future exercise routines. During this program we guide you through the basics of fitness, recovery and nutrition. This program contains a series of classes. It is designed to ensure that you understand the importance of proper form and technique when working out regarding your level of fitness. Small group training, maximum of 7 participants per group. You will go through this program with the same group of women at fixed training times per week.

We're diving deeper into the complexities of fitness, focusing on your technique, mastering complex exercises, and embracing the principle of progressive overload. One of the keys to success in fitness is consistency, and that's why we're dedicated to helping you establish and maintain a solid routine. The basis is here, with our 10 week program. Nutrition Coaching | 6-Week Program. What you get: 60-minute intake session, personalized nutrition plan (tailored to your goals), Comprehensive body scan and assessment (BMI, BMR, body fat percentage, weight, and measurements), weekly nutrition intake monitoring through evaluation of a food diary (maintained by the client), Bi-weekly check-ins at la Gym, with adjustments and re-evaluation where needed, final assessment and follow-up advice after 6 weeks
